Our commitment

The practice of Jason M. Goldman, MD, MACP wants every patient and visitor to be able to use this website, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We designed and built jasongoldmanmd.com with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target, and we continue to review it against that standard.

What we have done

• Pages use clear headings and a logical reading order. The site's own pages and controls can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link.
• Text and background colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
• Photographs carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Moving content respects your system's "reduce motion" setting, and the scrolling credentials band has a pause control.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are explained in plain language.
• The website's pages are available in English and Spanish.
• We check the site with automated accessibility tools and review it when content changes. It has not been audited by an independent third party.

Known limitations

Some content comes from other providers and is not fully under our control: the reviews widget, the embedded video player, and the map. The downloadable patient forms are a PDF supplied by the office that has not been checked for accessibility and may not work with every assistive technology. If any of these present a barrier, please contact the office and we will work with you to provide the information or the forms in another format.
